Web Hosting - Overview |
NeoCurve provides four basic hosting plans. We will be happy to help you select the appropriate plan based on your needs. Most clients start out with the Basic Plan,
which is usually more than enough. We can upgrade your plan at any time, so you will never feel constrained by your choice.
We bill annually for all hosting services, and will combine all of your services (hosting, domain registration, and SSL certificates) into
one convenient bill, which you can pay online through our web-based control panel with your choice of credit card, or via check.

Web Hosting - Details |

This table provides a detailed breakdown of what each plan provides. Consider the Deluxe Plan if you
wish to accept credit cards or otherwise provide a secure area of your site through the use of SSL certificates. Otherwise, the Basic Plan should offer most users everything
they need.

Plan Limits, Overages, and Upgrades |
NeoCurve imposes a soft limit on your storage space and transfer allowance. In the event that you exceed either, your site will continue to function normally. We ask that you make
every attempt to resume normal site usage and drop back below your allowance as quickly as possible. Once a site exceeds your allowance for more than one month, we will contact you to try
and resolve the issue. If a site exceeds the allowance continuously for more than 3 months, we will automatically upgrade the site to the first tier that will cover the usage, and bill accordingly.
In this way, you can be assured that momentarily exceeding your allowances won't take your site down without warning. At NeoCurve, we believe that everyone deserves a little wiggle room from time to time.
Of course, you can request a plan upgrade at any time, if you know you are going to exceed your allowances for the plan you are on. We will pro-rate and bill you for the remainder of the plan,
and the site will then renew at the new tier.

Domain Registration |
Our domain registrar is Enom. You may check on the availability of a domain name through Allwhois or Enom.
You pick the name and we will try to register it for you. If the name you pick is not available, we will offer variations for you to choose from, or you may provide other names and we will check
on their availability for you. We charge a flat fee of $13.50 per year per domain name to register and manage domain names. Once registered, your domain name will be in a protected status,
and we will be listed as the administrator for that domain name -- your identity is protected. You may register as many domain names as you wish, and we will park the domain names that you do not
wish to put into service at this time. Some businesses will protect their identity by registering as many extensions with their name as they can. We usually suggest registering at least the
.com, .net, and .org top-level domains for your business.

We highly recommend registration through NeoCurve; doing so allows us the ability to make changes to your
DNS records in the event of an emergency.

Short for Secure Sockets Layer, SSL is a protocol for transmitting private information securely over the Internet. SSL uses a cryptographic system that uses two keys to encrypt data - a
public key known to everyone and a private or secret key known only to the recipient of the message. All major browsers support SSL. An SSL certificate is the key your site needs to request and
transmit confidential information with your users, such as credit card information. We offer a wide range of SSL certificates, starting at only $36 per year. We can help you determine
the appropriate SSL certificate for your site.
